Yes. An upgrade applies immediately, a move to a smaller package at the end of the billing period. All data is kept.
Invoice by PDF, monthly or yearly. Payment is made by bank transfer.
There is no notice period: the contract ends at the end of the billing period you have already paid for – at the end of the month for monthly plans, at the end of the billing year for yearly plans. Private individuals subscribe with monthly billing; their contract ends at the end of the paid billing month (§ 8 of the Terms). You can retrieve your data at any time through the export functions and, on request, as a complete export.
Flats and commercial units, including vacant ones. Parking spaces, garages, cellars and storage rooms do not count. Properties, tenants and caretakers cost nothing extra.
